Proactive

Most managers of landscape companies don't look at each of their property's landscape every week or they look at it driving around in their truck. The problem is you just can't see at 25 mph, the little details that need to be addressed.

We physically walk each of our property's entire landscape every week. Our goal is to identify any issues that have arised before you see them and ensure they are quickly addressed or communicate a solution and plan back to you.

We want you to have peace of mind that your landscape is well taken care of so you can focus on other important areas of your job.

Consistency

Our goal is to make your landscape look consistently great, every week of the year!

Many medium & large size landscape companies only manage their available resources against their bottom line, unless they're on the brink of losing a customer. Then, they'll utilize more resources to get the property back to par. This leads to a consistently inconsistent landscape throughout the year.

We do it different

  1. We have the resources available

  2. We utilize as many resources as it takes every week

  3. We do not take short cuts to increase our net profit.

Communication

This is a communication business as much as it is a landscape business.
We inform you of everything happening on your property, every week so you can know what is going on and can inform your employees, customers and visitors and everyone can plan accordingly if necessary.

We give you advance notice on what areas of the property are crew will be working, herbicide/fertilizer applications, blowing and tree pruning to name a few. Having this knowledge saves you time and allows you more time on other areas of your business.

Attention to Detail

Paying attention to the little details in a landscape makes all the difference in the world. It takes a good looking landscape, to a great looking landscape!
We spend the time to look for issues that by themselves, don't stand out very much. But when you put them altogether, they make the landscape look mediocre.

Here are some of the little issues we see often and address them.

  • Larger rocks mixed in with smaller granite

  • Tree stakes that are damaging the tree and no longer needed to help the tree develop a strong root system

  • Volunteer weeds that grow out of a plant

  • Irrigation spaghetti drip line tubing running above ground

  • Suckers on trees and suckers that grow from below ground roots of the tree

Expertise

Plants, trees and turfgrass are living, breathing organisms. We have the experience, expertise, training and certifications to diagnose challenging plant health care issues.

If we can't, we'll consult with an expert at the Cooperative Extension to find a solution.

Quality Control

Take landscape OFF your plate. Managing the quality of your landscape is our job, not yours!
Supervision of the crew is key. Our account manager is on-site before, during and after the crew is there:

  1. The day before to walk the property and create a punch list of items that need to be addressed.

  2. While the crew is on-site to ensure the crew completely understands the punch list and sees things the way the account manager sees them.

  3. After the crew has serviced your property to ensure everything was completed correctly and no details were missed.

Sense of Urgency

We pride ourselves on having a sense of urgency.

Things happen, whether it be problems with living organisms, plants, trees or turfgrass, an irrigation leak, storm,  damage. We get issues addressed quickly.

If it's a proposal you need, we'll get it back to you in a timely manner so you can make an informed decision and get the work completed.
